CFV Football

Crossfit_Football_logo_white Crossfit Football incorporates strength programming and short metcons with agility, speed and skill work in each session.  These workouts are designed to prepare athletes for the demands of all sports.

Main focus

  • -speed
  • -power lifting
  • -lateral agility(change of direction)

 CFF is open to anyone that wants to get better at their respective sport. Athletes from 7th grade thru college that are welcome to attend.

Summer 1 starts – June 6th

Summer 2 starts – July 5th

Training will be on M-W-Th from 3:30-4:30 pm

Dates and times are subject to change as needed by athletes.

CFF will be coached and led by Hagen Hughes. Born and raised in Graham with a life surrounded by sports, Hagen understands from first hand experience what it takes to be a successful athlete. CFF will offer a workout program that not only compliments the GHS strength workouts, but furthers your ability as an athlete in any respective sport. So, summed up, no matter what your sport is, this workout will make you better.
