CrossFit Kids

Starting June 7, 2010!!!

CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is absolutely, entirely CrossFit.  It is geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental need of that population.  (neurological, motor, and cognitive)"  CrossFit Kids is centered around FUN, FUN, and FUN!!!!  Through this program, kids learn how to move correctly, how to bend correctly and most importantly form habits that will prevent them from most injuries later on in life.
