Min 0-2:

  • 10 Box Jump Overs
  • 10 Wallballs
  • 20 Double Unders

Min 2-4:

  • 12 Box Jump Overs
  • 12 Wallballs
  • 20 Double Unders

Min 4-6:

  • 14 Box Jump Overs
  • 14 Wallballs
  • 20 Double Unders

And so on………
