Our Visiting Coach for the Seminar

Erika Talbott is a USA Weightlifting National Coach from Cedar Park, TX. After graduating from Azle High School, Erika spent her young adult years in Austin learning about olympic lifting with Ursula Papandrea. An injury shortened Erika’s competitive career, but it did not quell her passion for the sport. She has honed her training techniques alongside some of the best athletes and coaches in the sport for the past 2 decades. Erika has coached multiple State and National champions, including Crossfit Veritas’ own, Joel Jones (2 time State Champion and State Record holder for Sn, C&J, and Total). Her weightlifting club, Force Praxeum, is a throw-back to the old school days of garage gyms!

Who Should Attend

Athletes of any age or skill level looking to learn and improve their techniques. Attendees will get detailed instruction and hands on training for the Snatch lift and the Clean and Jerk.
